Shipping and Return Policy
Orders: Orders will be processed and shipped on or around ( 5-7 days) from the "ship date" that the customer indicates when placing their order. If you need to cancel or adjust the date of your order, it is required you must let us know within 30 days of your original start ship date.
If you choose to cancel your order after the 30 day window you could be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping: We ship via UPS or FedEx and only charge the freight cost of what we are charged on our accont by UPS or FedEx.
Freight such as a liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery, and re-delivery fees are not included in your freight charge. We Do Not refund shipping. Please indicate if you need a left gate or if delivery will be residential.
Backorders: Backorders will be shipped automatically when we have items available unless otherwise specified. If a backorder is not cancelled before it ships out, we will not be able to provide a full refund for the merchandise.
Claims: All discrepancies and damage claims must be reported within 21 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. If a return of merchandise instead of a replacement is requested, the amont of the return must exceed $100.00. Anything less than the $100.00 will be credited to your account or applied to any backorders.
